How will my mail be shipped?
Your mail will be carefully and joyfully sent from Taiwan via International Air Mail ✈️. It will travel across the horizon by plane to your country and then be delivered to you by your local postal service 💌.
Is there a tracking number for my mail?
To help keep the Horizon Art Print Mail affordable and accessible for everyone to enjoy, we send it via standard International Air Mail without a tracking number 💌
Please don’t worry — each mail is carefully prepared and thoughtfully sent from Taiwan, and will be safely delivered by your local postal service ✨

How long does shipping take? What is the estimated delivery time?
Shipping times vary by country. Below is the estimated delivery time for International Air Mail ✈️. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your country’s local postal service and weekends/holidays are not included in the estimated delivery time 💌.

What if my mail hasn’t arrived after the estimated delivery time?
If your mail hasn’t arrived after the estimated delivery time, it may be delayed in transit 💌 Please allow two additional business weeks for it to arrive.
If it still hasn’t arrived after the estimated delivery time plus an additional two business weeks (6 weeks in total), it may have been lost in transit :(
In this case, please email me at yunju@drawbeyondthehorizon.com with your full name and shipping address, and I’ll check your order and arrange a refund ✨
What if my mail arrives damaged?
If your mail arrives damaged, please don’t worry ❤️. Just send me an email at yunju@drawbeyondthehorizon.com with your name and a photo of the damaged item, and I’ll personally make sure it’s taken care of. 💌
Your art print’s condition matters to me, and I want you to receive it with joy!✨
Please note that refunds can only be issued if there is visible damage to the inner packaging or the art print itself. Minor dust or wear on the outer mailing envelope during transit is normal and not considered damage. Thank you so much for your understanding ✨💌
What if I enter the wrong shipping address when ordering, can I change it?

Can I order multiple or different editions of Horizon Art Print Mail in one order?
Of course ❤️ You’re welcome to order multiple or different editions in a single order. Please note that each mail will be carefully packed and sent in its own individual airmail envelope ✨ So they may arrive separately, and you might receive them one by one 💌
