Refund policy

A refund can be processed under the following two conditions:

1. Lost in transit
If your mail hasn’t arrived after the estimated delivery time, it may be delayed in transit 💌 Please allow two additional business weeks for it to arrive.

If it still hasn’t arrived after the estimated delivery time plus an additional two business weeks (6 weeks in total), it may have been lost in transit :(

In this case, please email me at yunju@drawbeyondthehorizon.com with your full name and shipping address, and I’ll check your order and arrange a refund ✨

2. Damaged items
Please note that refunds can only be issued if there is visible damage to the inner packaging or the art print itself. Minor dust or wear on the outer mailing envelope during transit is normal and not considered damage. Thank you so much for your understanding ✨💌

If your mail arrives damaged, please don’t worry ❤️ Just send me an email at yunju@drawbeyondthehorizon.com with your name and a photo of the damaged item, and I’ll personally make sure it’s taken care of. Your art print’s condition matters deeply to me, and I want you to receive it with joy ✨

Once I’ve received your email and the photo of the damaged item, I’ll review it and let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
